This Annex A forms a part of the Agreement and shall be binding on the Parties as supplemental terms in connection with the performance of any Order Form for the Services specified in this Annex A. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
The “Controller Purposes” means the following specific and limited purposes:
“Audience Segment Creation Purposes” means the processing of Personal Data that Semasio or Company(directly or indirectly through the Company Clients) makes available in the Platform for the purpose of modeling and otherwise creating Audience Segments within the Platform, including processing, creating or supplementing user profiles on the Platform for such purposes, and where the audience segments are transmitted off the Platform by Semasio or Company, as applicable, to the Designated Third Party Platforms for the delivery of targeted advertising.
“CAX Contextual Segment Creation Purposes” means the processing of Personal Data that Semasio or Company (directly or indirectly through the Company Clients) makes available in the Platform for the purpose of modeling and otherwise creating CAX Contextual Segments within the Platform, including processing, creating or supplementing user profiles for such purposes, and where the CAX Contextual Segments are transmitted off the Platform by Semasio or Company, as applicable, to the Designated Third Party Platforms for the delivery of contextual advertising.
Additional controller purposes specifically identified in the Data Protection Terms or an Order Form.
The “Processor Purposes” means the following specific and limited purposes:
Onboarding Company Data to the Platform.
Additional processor purposes specifically identified in the Data Protection Terms or an Order Form.
